Terrence Howard has one less thing to worry about.
As we reported, the 46-year-old is currently going through a bitter legal war with his ex wife Michelle Ghent.
But on Monday, the Chicago-native scored a huge victory.

The judge has decided to agree with the Empire star and toss out the couple's spousal support agreement that he mistakenly signed.
In case you missed it, Miz Ghent claims her $5800 a month payments are too little, especially given the TV star's new found success.
However, the court felt that Howard's ex wife was unjust to extort him by threatening to releasing naked photos and videos of the actor.
But don't think the Dead Presidents thespian is completely off the hook.
The judge shamed him for domestically abusing Ghent by saying:
"Terrence Howard is a bully. Just because you're a bully doesn't mean you can be bullied."
The next step is that the former couple will now have to go to family law court to work out a new agreement.
The singer's ex wife could also potentially be forced to pay him back.
