52-year-old Coahuila, Mexcio native Roberto Esquivel Cabrera is claiming that his 19-inch penis is causing him grave turmoil, and as a result, wishes to be considered disabled.

He reportedly told Mexican newspaper Vanguardia he wishes such because his sizable member–which measures 48.2 centimeters (nearly 19 inches)–leaves him unable to work, forcing him to live on assistance and scavenge for food in waste dumps.
According to the paper, women are too scared to be with him because of his member (which reportedly hangs below his knees), forcing him into a lonely existence.
“I want to go to the Guinness to get recognition,” he told the paper.
Unfortunately, “We do not monitor that particular record,” says Doug Male, PR manager at Guinness World Records.
