Five months after Kim bared all for the world to see (not like there was much left to the imagination, mind you), a pensive looking — and fully clothed — Kanye West graces the cover of Paper mag’s April 2015 issue. Getting his Martin Louis the King Jr. on, Mr. West pens an op-ed outlining his American Dream, or more specifically, his “world dream.” From changing male society’s perception of kilts to how wide spread self-belief can break the system, Kanye clearly envisions a bold new future.

There was an embroiderer at a fashion house who was in her 90s and she refused to give anyone her technique. She said, “When I die, this technique will die also.” I think the opposite of that. I think it’s so important for me, as an artist, to give Drake as much information as I can, A$AP, Kendrick, Taylor Swift, any of these younger artists as much information as I can to make better music in the future.
